Co-owners Jessica Yarmey and Brigid Ryan have always worked in the service industry, cooking in food trucks, serving at a breakfast place, or bartending at a dive bar. Both women care deeply about their community in Worthington and at Liston's. They are residents of town and both worked for the previous owners of Liston's for many years. Each of them know the importance Liston's holds to the hilltown community, the motorcycle community, the golfing community and the snowmobile community. You can find either of them during your visit to the restaurant - cooking, serving or mixing up drinks behind the bar!
